In the Martial Arts world, we practice respect all the time. We listen to higher ranks, bow to enter and exit classrooms and to demonstrate our level of respect, and we utilize respectful words.
All of that is unimportant, unless you are practicing your respect everywhere you go. A Black Belt is a model of respect! Demonstrate your respect by remembering to:
Treat others with respect; follow the Golden Rule
Be tolerant and accepting of differences
Use good manners, not bad language
Be considerate of the feelings of others
Don’t threaten, hit or hurt anyone
Deal peacefully with anger, insults, and disagreements
